At AAE, we pride ourselves on how close we are to our customers. For us, it’s par for the course to provide a service to a client one week, and then run into that same client at the grocery store a few days later. We’re neighbours serving neighbours.

Founded in 2022 by Brad Tricoteux, Atlantic Alliance Elevators operates with a strong moral compass. Our vision is to foster a sense of community within our corporate structure, cultivate a strong relationship with our clients, and leave no stone unturned when it comes to safety and customer care.

Each of our core team members has worked for large elevator entities in the past, which has been both a valuable learning experience and an education in how we’d like to do things differently. We decided to form an independent brand that uses non-proprietary parts and equipment for repair and new install while still servicing all major brands.

Together, the AAE team brings a staggering 75 years of collective elevator service experience, which makes us a force to be reckoned with and second to none.
