We’re here for our customers. We want to make information on elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization as easily accessible as possible!
If you’re unsure about whether your elevator is being properly serviced, consult your Maintenance Control Plan logbook. An MCP logbook will contain records and details about elevator repairs and inspections.
The MCP is a government mandated program, and is meant to ensure that regular inspection and adjustment of elevating devices is carried out to ensure safe public transportation.

As an independent company, AAE is proud to provide high quality non-proprietary equipment in conjunction with a high level of service to our customers. We use GAL and JRT brands, leading non-proprietary brands in North America.
As an independent company, AAE is proud to provide high quality non-proprietary equipment in conjunction with a high level of service to our customers.
Operating independently and using non-proprietary equipment generally means that parts are easier to source. By using non-proprietary equipment and issuing less restrictive contracts, our clients will have freedom of choice when it comes to who provides their elevator maintenance.
Each repair service, quoted service, elevator installation, and maintenance contract is specific to the customer, so it’s difficult to give generic ballpark pricing. We can say that as a smaller, independent company, we generally deal with less overhead and can price ourselves a bit more competitively.
